Hello GF members, time for a big announcement regarding the GF forums. To start off, starting on the 29th which I say about 9 PM CST the forum will go offline for a major revamp. I plan on doing a lot of work around the place, so I say we won't be opening up till the next day about 6 PM CST when I start to do the gaming news posting.


When done the following will be here on the forums:

• IPB software will be upgraded to 3.2.3
  
• Most if not all mods will be updated
  
• New mods will be added
  
• New Emoticons
  
• Two Custom skins (Dark/lightish)
  
• Do some cleaning up
  
• And a few other things

IPB software 3.2.3 will drastically change somethings on the forum, but nothing that should ruin your experience here. I also believe that they have merged the avatar and profile pictures, so when the update is done you will most likely only be using your avatar photo for both.

If you have any questions about the revamp, feel free to ask here. When done, the forum will be up to date and should look better for incoming traffic.

Also I've just finished checking all the mods, I say about 95% of our current mods will be working with IPB 3.2 and of course there will be some great additional mods added. The 5% does not belong to any of our major mods.

thanks, we have one dark one and one lightish one.

I just hammered out a few more bugs with the dark one today, but the light one still needs a little work left.


You guys will need to replace your avatar as the IPB upgrader screwed up on which one to keep.

I'll update soon with more info.
